Truth or Dare
Pick truth or dare, then answer the question or do the dare. Every dare is safe to do in a living room, and pass is always fine.
How to play
Pass the phone
The phone asks the player whose turn it is: truth or dare?
Answer or do it
A truth is a question to answer honestly; a dare is something silly to do right there. Tap Done when it’s done.
Or pass
Not comfortable? Tap Pass and the phone moves on. Nobody has to explain why.
- Every dare is safe: no eating strange things, no heights, nothing with fire, nothing with other people’s phones and nothing that costs money.
- No truth asks about romance, bodies or secrets. Pass is always allowed.
- Keep points if you like (one per truth or dare done), or play just for fun.

Are these Truth or Dare questions safe for kids?
Yes. The Family deck is written for children from about eight: questions like “What makes you laugh every time?” and dares like “Waddle like a penguin across the room”. Every dare can be done safely indoors.
Is there an office deck?
Not for Truth or Dare: dares and personal questions don’t suit colleagues. For work, try Would You Rather, Never Have I Ever, Who’s Most Likely To or Hot Seat, which all have an Office deck.
Do we need an app or an account?
No. Open the page on one phone, tablet or laptop and pass it around. It is free, with no sign-up and no adverts, and it works offline after your first visit.
Will we see the same questions again?
Not soon. Couch Club remembers on this device which prompts you have seen in each deck and deals new ones first. Only when you have seen the whole deck do they come round again, and the game tells you when that happens.
What if the phone locks or the page reloads?
The game is saved on the phone after every tap. Open the page again and tap Carry on: same players, same deck, same place. Names and answers never leave the device.
