Never Have I Ever
One player reads a statement, everyone who has done it owns up, and the phone keeps count. Play for points, with fingers, or just for the stories.
How to play
Choose how to play
Points: everyone who has done it gets a point. Fingers: everyone starts with a few fingers up and puts one down. Or just play for the stories.
Read it out
“Never have I ever eaten breakfast for dinner.” Everyone who has, says so.
Tap who did it
Tap the names of everyone who has done it, then Next. Pass skips a statement.
- Points or fingers only: this game never asks anyone to drink.
- Nobody has to explain a story they would rather keep to themselves. Pass is always fine.
- With fingers, a player with none left is out. The last one with fingers up wins, or play the number of statements you chose.

How do you play Never Have I Ever without drinking?
Couch Club keeps it to points or fingers. In points mode, everyone who has done the thing gets a point. In fingers mode, everyone starts with three, five or ten fingers up and puts one down each time; the last player with fingers up wins.
Is Never Have I Ever OK for children?
The Family deck is: it is about things like building a den, getting lost in a supermarket or tasting snow. The Friends and Teens decks are clean too, with nothing about romance, alcohol or anything embarrassing.
Do we need an app or an account?
No. Open the page on one phone, tablet or laptop and pass it around. It is free, with no sign-up and no adverts, and it works offline after your first visit.
Will we see the same questions again?
Not soon. Couch Club remembers on this device which prompts you have seen in each deck and deals new ones first. Only when you have seen the whole deck do they come round again, and the game tells you when that happens.
What if the phone locks or the page reloads?
The game is saved on the phone after every tap. Open the page again and tap Carry on: same players, same deck, same place. Names and answers never leave the device.
