Case file

Every Wednesday evening, the arts centre runs a pottery class for beginners. Ada, Jonah and Greta all came this week. By Thursday, Jonah’s tall vase, left to dry, is as flat as a plate.

What happened

In the wheel room, the drying vase was flattened under the shelf board.
