Once a week, Duarte’s Café roasts its own coffee, and the whole of Fore Street smells wonderful. Lena, Jonah and Ada were all in on Thursday. This week, Fore Street smells of something closer to bonfire night.

What happened

In the roasting room, the kitchen timer was wound back so the beans roasted twice as long.
