In early February, Fernley Manor opens its woods for visitors to see the snowdrops. Dev, Cora and Jonah were the stewards. By midday, a dozen visitors have wandered into the vegetable beds instead.

What happened

In the lime avenue, the arrow sign was turned to point the wrong way.
