The Unsigned Card
On the fourteenth of February, Duarte’s Café puts out a little red box for cards. Iris, Basil and Kit were all in for coffee that morning. At closing time, Lena finds a card for herself in the box, unsigned, saying ‘Thank you for the best café in the world’.
What happened
In the reading corner, the card was sealed with the café’s own rubber stamp.
